The Proposal to be Presented to the All Center Conference - Relocation and General Center-Wide Problems, February 1945
On February 16-22, 1945, an All Center Conference was held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Delegates from the Japanese internment centers attended. The event was to discuss plans by the WRA to close the centers on January 2, 1946.
